The customer service i was given was terrible. they got my order wrong and they did not do anything to make it right. I ordered vinyl letters and I got a foam board on the wrong dimmensions. they tried to make it my fault somehow, by saying that if i agreed to their "proof" email they are responsable for the product, however the email did not say they were making a foamboard sign instead of vinyl letters, or that they were making it in a dimension that is different than what I requested.
I was very upset and dissapointed, specially when I noticed a sign in their showroom that says "if you are not satisfied we wil make it right". When I asked the sales representative that was dealing with me, what they meant by "making it right" she had the nerve to say that they do not abidy by that statement if you received a "proof" email and accept it. But again, the famous proof email did not mention they were making a different product that what I ask, it was only showing me the design and the wording I chose.
I felt so impotent because I had to end up paying for a nother sign because i could not se the one thye made. So my $80 went to the garbage. In this economy I cannot afford that, I'm still very upset.

I moved to Regatta on advice of a friend. I'm very happy I did. Every apartment has a washer and dryer, fireplace, two fans and a balcony without an airconditioner on it. Garages are available for a reasonable price as is covered parking. There is a pool that can be used year round, a sauna, grills near the pool, a patio area and a huge room inside for parties or simply to sit and read the paper.

Regatta is a gated community, with a wonderful mix of people. The apartments range from one to three bedrooms and are absolutely beautiful, with good carpeting, hardwood floors in hall and kitchen, high end appliances, granite tile, and wooden drawers and cabinets. It is well maintained.

The best for last -- the management is absoutely wonderful. They are friendly, easygoing, and responsive. They treat you with kindness and try to help out, e,g,, if you need a carpool or a ride. I moved from a place that had poor management. Regatta's management works in the manner managment should. I'm very happy I moved there on the advice of another tenant. who runs a successful business and know how one should be run. Wouldn't live anywhere else until I buy a home.

The three of us went here, because we all wanted a hamburger, and my daughter liked the smoked apple wood bacon burger they have here. But since my last visit, things in the burger dept. have gone downhill.

The three of us went here, because we all wanted a hamburger, and my daughter liked the smoked apple wood bacon burger they have here. But since my last visit, things in the burger dept. have gone downhill.
My nephew asked for his burger to be pink (they ask) and it was not. When he picked it up off the plate, a stream of water dripped off the lettuce atop the patty. Not only was there a small puddle on the plate, but the water also made the bun soggy. I had never seen anything like this before! Both my daughter's and my patties were all broken up around the edges and not a nice round hamburger shape. The 'cowboy BBQ sauce' smelled like vinegar and I had to take the top of the bun off to get rid of it. On top of that, the whole appearance of the burger and fries on the plate looked like a mess.
All three of us complained to the manager, whose job it is to go around to every table and ask how things are.
At least the waiter was told he could take my nephew's burger off of the bill. Aside from the mozzarella sticks, I don't think I will be returning for any meals here again, especially, if they are this sloppy in the kitchen!

The New, since January 2010, North Natomas Library is a great addition and asset for the people of North Natomas. The space is open and airy and has a wonderful area just for kids where they don't have to be quite! In fact they don't make you be quite at this new library.

In addition, a small bookstore, which is operated by the North Natomas Friends of the Library, has been incorporated into the building and is open during library hours. It's a great place to purchase gently used books at bargain prices! All books are donated and the variety is terrific.
