 John Costello won’t let it go. Whatever it takes, he's determined to get the word out and keep others from going through what he and his neighbors did.“I will personally guarantee a $1,000 reward to anybody who can give information that leads to the conviction of these vandals,” said Costello. He’s talking about the damage done to his and dozens of other cars in the neighborhood. An e-mail from Sacramento police to neighborhood residents said at least 25 people in North Natomas reported shattered car windows around 10 p.m. Thursday night.
