| Dunmore seeks court OK to sell Natomas land to flood agency |

Dunmore Homes Inc. has asked a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge to approve the sale of 161.4 acres in Natomas to the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency for $4.36 million. The sale price works out to about $27,000 per acre. The property would be offered at auction, with bids starting at $28,000 an acre. If no other bidder makes an offer, the flood-control agency would buy the property on Dec. 13. SAFCA's board approved the purchase yesterday. |
