I asked that my prescription get transferred to this pharmacy and the woman said she would call me back in 1 - 1.5 hours... she never called me back. I called the next day and they said that my prescriptions were now ready. I go in and they say that they need to process it - 20 minutes later - THREE pharmacists are standing around the register talking. They see me and then realize that I am waiting for my prescription. One woman shouts "Oh, do we have something pending still??" They rush to get my things and then end up giving me the wrong type of medication of which I am allergic to. I call the next day to tell them that they gave me the wrong medication... they transfer me 3 times and hang up on me another. Finally, a manager of some sort gets on the phone and keeps saying "I have no idea how this could have happened... Can you just bring it back in?"

This is the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. If possible, stay far from this one.

I went to rite aid pharmacy after being seen at the sutter urgent care (which was great!) dropped of three perscriptions, i was told they would cost around 100 for all three and would be ready in about an hour. I was very sick. went back in an hour, the perscriptions were not ready, they told me another hour.. went home, had a friend go pick up the perscriptions, they cost 267.00 for all three..had to return them, went back to the pharmacy, again (I am sick) when I walked in the woman who helped me in the first place looked at me and said,"i never told you they would be around 100" the manager and I got into it, I had to wait for them to refund my money.. and left .. took the perscriptions to longs.. the cough syrup that rite aid was charging me 36.98 for was only 7.63 at Longs. I left Longs with all my perscriptions for under one hundred dollars. YEAH LONGS. I will never do any kind of business at any rite aid again.
