    when it opened its service was almost as bad as the Arby's on Truxel... But it has been getting better Lately... since they changed how they do shakes, I don't think I have heard the excuse the shake machine is broken once. Their speed is about on par with most Carls... Not the fastest in the west, but at least they do bring it to your table.
