I believe this is the best gym in sacramento. I use to belong to 24hr downtown and Cal Fit. Well 24hr sucks!!! I finally know why they call it 24hr because that is how long you have to wait just to get on a machine or weights and the place is filthy and plus there was someone found dead in the pool earlier this year. Now Cal fit is cool if you like working out around kids. Its seem to be more like a play ground than a gym. they even have kids birthday parties there! at a gym! However Golds Gym in Natomas has been great. I still havent had to wait for any equipment since i joined 6 months ago and the classes are awesome plus no wait time on anything! the only waiting i ever had to do is wait for the class to start. People there are more into working out then just socializing. i would recommend this gym to anyone.
