    I just called 30 minutes ago because I had a doubt about my phone bill has to be paid and is not. The guy who answered me was very rude to me and didn't solve any question, seriously I'm thinking to change to BofA.

    Thought we give them try and get out of BofA before they crumbled. The was a bad business banking mistake... Service is poor. Young "business banking specialists" as they claim were flat rude and when I closed business accounts they were very unprofessional about it. We've had nothing but overdraft fees on closed accounts and ten phone calls without closer to the issue. This has been going on for two months now. As of 3/16/09 the closed accounts are still being charged fees.
